Kids These Days is a Sprout Support training day for anyone serving in Kids Ministry, from coordinators and leaders to volunteers. Rather than adding another program, it teaches a brain-first approach that shifts the question from how do I stop this behaviour to what is this behaviour communicating and what does this child need to feel safe and regulated. Children grow in trust, belonging and self-control, and leaders spend less time managing the same behaviours week after week, experience less emotional exhaustion, and serve with greater confidence. Morning and afternoon tea are provided, so simply bring your own lunch.
